I’m Aleksandar Sesum, an IT Leader and current Manager of IT Service Management Operations at Exact Sciences. Over the course of my career, I’ve led high-performing teams across Service Desk, Incident Management, Change Enablement, Identity & Access Management, Telephony, and broader IT Operations, including system administrators, engineers, and end-user computing specialists. In every role, I’ve built strong ITSM foundations, fostered collaboration, and driven service excellence across diverse technology environments.
